Philly Gas Exchange is strictly an information and connection platform. We facilitate digital introductions between gas users and independent regional suppliers. **Philly Gas Exchange does not buy, sell, lease, maintain, or deliver physical gas cylinders or hardware.**

By using this Service, you acknowledge that any commercial transaction involving the exchange of gas, equipment, or physical property is conducted entirely between you and a third-party supplier, independent of this platform.

02. Safety and Professional Responsibility

Users of this Service acknowledge that industrial and specialty gases are hazardous materials. While the Exchange provides a directory of inventory availability, the responsibility for safe handling, transport, and storage rests solely with the user and the chosen supplier. Users agree to:

• Maintain personal technical proficiency and safety training for gas handling.
• Ensure their facilities meet local fire codes and regulatory standards.
• Verify all safety protocols with the chosen filling station or supplier directly.

The Exchange does not verify the safety records of listed suppliers or the condition of any equipment involved in a third-party transaction.

03. Marketplace Limitation

We vet suppliers based on their reputation for transparency and community-focused service, but we are not an agent, representative, or partner of any listed vendor. We do not participate in the fulfillment of orders or the transportation of hazardous materials.

Any disputes regarding gas quality, pricing, delivery timing, or equipment exchange must be resolved directly with the supplier in question. Philly Gas Exchange shall not be held liable for any failed transactions or service deficiencies once a user exits our digital portal.

04. Accessibility and ADA Compliance

Philly Gas Exchange is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. Users assume 100% of the risk associated with the handling of high-pressure systems and specialty gases.
